In cooperation with Russian and German partners, OEMATECH offers the complete range of services in project planning and construction of medical and industrial clean rooms.

"Clean room zones" mean intensive use of diverse building services in each project. Therefore, a complex approach is required, in which every component of the "cleanroom zone" must be thought through in all implementation phases. Thanks to the many years of experience of its employees, OEMATECH undertakes the implementation of projects that envisage the use of state-of-the-art, innovative technology from European manufacturers.

Medical clean rooms

According to the GOST standard R52539-2006 "Clean air in the medical facilities", the surgery, post-surgery and resuscitation rooms must meet the strict cleanliness requirements. Above all, these are the separation constructions according to GOST R ISO14644-4 and a special air supply system, which ensures air cleanliness according to GOST R 52539-2006 and GOST R ISO14644-1. For the medical objects, OEMATECH offers the following services:

creation of a medical technical specification and a project design (together with the German specialist companies);
processing of a technical medical project (together with the German specialist companies);
implementation planning for building technology and "cleanroom zone" panels;
delivery and installation of the building technology and the panels of the "cleanroom zone";
commissioning and proof of cleanliness class.

Clean production rooms

OEMATECH offers the following services for production plants with clean rooms (pharmaceuticals, etc.):

validation and qualification of the "clean room zone".

OEMATECH offers the pharmaceutical company validation and qualification services by European (German) validation companies. This service could be especially interesting for the Russian pharmaceutical companies, which are interested in their products pharmaceutical companies that want to export some or all of their products. The work will be carried out with the help of European certified equipment. The qualification documentation is written in English and Russian.
